Currencies freelancers actually use
GBP is the default. USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, and fourteen more are in the list. Symbols and decimal separators follow your browser language.
A logo that never leaves the device
PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB. The browser resizes it and draws it on the PDF. There is no upload step.
Line maths you can read
Quantity, unit price, an optional discount, and an optional tax rate. Totals are rounded to the currency’s minor units and the basis is shown beside the form.
Clear everything
One action resets the form and deletes a draft kept on this device. Nothing is waiting in an account, because there isn’t one.
Yours to send
Download the PDF and email it yourself. Clearquire does not send mail, take payment, or store a client list.

Is this really private?
Clearquire builds the invoice PDF in your browser. The invoice is not sent to Clearquire or Litework. An optional draft can be saved in this browser only, and only if you turn that on.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no login, and no Clearquire account.
Are my invoice details uploaded?
No. Seller details, client details, line items, prices, tax, notes, payment details, and logos are not uploaded or stored on a server.
Can I use different currencies?
Yes. The default is GBP. You can also use USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, and a further list including NZD, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, JPY, INR, SGD, HKD, PLN, CZK, ZAR, MXN, and BRL. Amounts are formatted with your browser's language, including currency symbols and decimal separators.
How do I clear my data?
Use Clear everything. That resets the form and deletes any draft stored in this browser, including a logo saved with the draft.
